How much does a 71 Cougar share with ......

...... a mustang. Is the front and rear suspension the same and will a toploader and crossmember fit from a 71-73 mustang

How much does a 71 Cougar share with ......

Most of the mechanicals are the same. They differ in the rear suspension only in the spring lengths, Cougars rear frame is longer and thus the springs also. As far as the axle is concerned they are the same. Stu
