New to this Site, Need some advice.

Installing a '68 427 SO into my '69 Sport-roof.

Questions:
1. Who sells a desent set of headers w/2" Primaries?
2. Who sells a 5 or 6 Speed tranny that can take over 850 HP?
3. Is there an O.D. Automatic that can take it?
4. Has anyone here, converted an FE block to EFI?

Thank's in advance,

Eric

Welcome!
I'll try to help, but I'm sure there are plenty of guys who know more who will soon also chime in.

1. Contact FPA, Stan may be able to build, or stocks, those headers: http://www.fordpowertrain.com/

2. You want a Tremec TKO. Darkhorse Racing may have the bellhousing you need,
http://www.darkhorseracing.net/

3. A well built E40D could take it. Baumann Engineering make it:
http://www.baumannengineering.com/tcs.htm

4. EFI can be done... www.mass-floefi.com

The E-Brock Heads have been ported and the #'s look real good!
324 @ .600 and 224 @ .600
Looking for a decent/ Solid roller cam profile as well...
Was, leaning towards....636/.656 Lift and .320/.340 or so, not to sure now! Seems to be a little too mild!
(Motor, will be boosted to 12-17.5 lbs. Three turbos)

Thank you so much. For the links!,

Eric
