replacing battery fender apron

My front ps apron is pretty worn from battery corrsion over the years. Has anyone replaced one of these. If so, is it a bolt in job or would a shop need to do some welding. I have not inspected the area much, just thought I would ask here first?

It will need to be welded in. It is not so difficult that it can't be do a home with a small mig welder

Hardest part is getting all the old spot welds out.
