I have never seen a nicer pair...

Of floor pans, that is. Had to replace the carpet on my 66. I have owned the car for 10 years and always thought they were in good shape but you never know till you see for yourself. I didn't find a build sheet but I would rather have good pans and no build sheet than a build sheet and " cheese grader pans " .................................................. .......................... ......... Sorry I was so happy I just had to show off a little.

They are in good shape.
As a suggestion though you may want to do a little preventative while you have it all out.

Thanks for the suggestion. I coated the seams and low areas with LPS-3. It's a easy to remove, waxy, transparent rust preventitive. If my kids sell it at my estate sale the prospective buyer won't have to wonder why they are undercoated or POR15ed

Yep, that is always a nice surprise to pull out the carpeting and see rust free factory sheet metal (or even to find rust free replaced sheet metal) and not the two speed limit signs I found when I pulled out the carpeting of my old 71 coupe about 15 years ago! Previous owner used a lot of pop rivets to put them in, put they at least made sure to seal it with body sealer around all the edges.

LOL wow the things people do to cars sometimes just makes wonder what they were thinking when they did something like that. Wow that is crazy!!!
