351C-4V and C6 in a 67 Coupe

I noticed there seems to be a lot of people on here that actually know what they are talking about and I wanted to get some suggestions. I have a 67 Coupe that came with a straight 6. I have since removed the tranny and engine and I would like to replace them with my 351C 4V and C6 tranny. I have already installed a 9" rear end. I was wondering, aside from replacing the spindles and front suspension, what else needs to be done to prep this car for the engine installation? Any custom cutting or perhaps removing the shock towers? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have done the exact same swap except I used a C-5. You will need to get a different gas pedal, fuel system, drive shaft, radiator and exhaust. If I was going to do it again I would notch the shock towers so working on it would be easier. Any thing else?

headers from here:
www.fordpowertrain.com will make it fit easier.
Check to see if you have only one front torque box, if you do, add the other one.

The 351C swap shouldn't be much of a problem.Switching over the suspension is the hardest part and you've already done the rear...You might want to research your options when doing the front end so you can incorperate disc brakes on the front.

I thought 67's only had one torque box while 68's have two. Take your time. If it was me I would also replace the steering box. Since you will have the engine out.
