Rear Swap

Try that new E-Z Locker from Detroit Locker in your 8 incher. It's not a clutch drive but rather a cog drive. It looks very positive. It's what I'm going to use in my '70 Mustang coupe with 375 - 400 HP 351w and beefed c4 trans. At $260 from Summit, it's cheep too!

Richard, all you'd need with that unit in your 8" is forged steel axles from Moser or Currie Ent. Save some big $$$ and weight this way. 9" rearends are nice but sleeper stock is nicer. Your dad probably remembers when everyone didn't have all these different toys and people pulled boat, camper, moving trailers with their cars.
