need head help

so i am building a 302 and it is a 74-78 block. A buddy has some heads of a lincoln 5.0/302 and it is an early one like a 81-82 maube through 85. but he says that it has a 4brrl tb injected and i wanted to know if lincoln used the iron block 302 h.o in thse and if they did and they are in that year will the heads fit on my block. he said it is a ho motor but i have not seen it yet

Any of the early 80's 302 heads are pretty much garbage IMHO. Track down a set of E7TEs, GT40s or GT40Ps. Much better heads.
But to answer your question if those heads came off a 302 they will fit your 302. What CR you will have is another question, but I assume you will be rebuilding your engine, so you can choose pistons to get the CR you need.
