Is your engine over heating ?

Hey guys what do you think ? i had a cooling problem in the stang that i could not fix.Well today I fix the problem.
i know this is off the wall but man it work like a champ.
I had a 86 pont firebird i used for parts at my shop well it had a nice aluninum radiator in it so out with the old and in with the new.I did have to move the batt to the trunk but in the long run it work******more cooling. [img]/forums/images/smiles/icon_spongebob.gif[/img]

Good swap. I buy the afco aluminum cross flow radiator on ebay for under $200 for all my cars. A fox body mustang one fits but you have to use a water pump with drivers inlet. I used a 1970 pump to keep the normal rotation.

I like the Summit rads, Northern makes them and they're cheap (under 200 too)

Sometimes you'll have to do some creative plumbing, but thats no problem.

ill take pics next week but anyhow this rad you can get from any junk yard cheap i price them around me 30.00 not bad and you can use the firebird rad hose upper and lower. I dont even run a radiator shroud but you will have to use the old rad hose springs
