\'67 TMI seat recovery process

hey so im new to the upholstery deal, but i got new seat buns and covers from TMI as well as the hog rings, and i needed some guidance on where to start. its for my 67, I pulled the seats and got all the old stuff off, I just dont really get what you hog ring to what, or where on the cover do i hook the rings in to, does it go into the foam or what? thanks for the help, I m not too good at this
