IN WHAT ORDER DO YOU INSTALL YOUR PISTON RINGS?

Hi Guys

I'm FINALLY ready to install my 289 engine piston rings.
I know from you guys to always use a piston ring tool/NOT
BY HAND(S)

QUESTIONS PLEASE:

In just what order do you install the rings?

Must I measure and grind each piston ring seperately for each cylinder?

Is a piston ring filer the best and only tool to use when filing a piston ring?

Any other info or tricks about installing/perpearing the piston rings will be greatly appreciated.
