Is it possible to modify the Ford Racing black finned valve covers for use with roller rockers? What has to be done if anything? Thanks!

Two thick gaskets will usually get you there.

Two rubber gaskets and move the baffle plate up by taking down some material on the mounting area and retap.

This is what I did and it just cleared the poly locks.

No. Just don't overtighten the bolts.

Fel Pro makes a double thick gasket with steel core that will get you there as well
