1966 mustang heater motor

Are the heater motors being sold as good as the originals or should I try to get the unit I have and rebuild it. I now some people say they do not come with the right color wires and connetions .I have seen one that the bolts that hook up the casing are not with smooth ends , carriage bolt style .The motor is a three speed type, any suggestions?

Must. Unltd. should carry the OEM style. It is a very common motor style.

Re: 1966 mustang heater motor

Thanks for the info on Mustangs Unlimited. The picture of the motor has the threaded shafts holding the casing together sticking out from the end of the motor that is in the engine bay. I guess I could cut them off or take the ones out of the old motor.
