I did one years ago ona '68 Cougar but IIRC you'll need constant power to the EEC power relay and the fuel pump relay these are supplied from the battery side of the starter relay using a fusible link on the '93.
The EEC relay is what powers up the EFI and all you need to do is take a wire off the "run" post of the ignition switch to the EEC relay. The wire should be Red/Light Green stripe off the relay.
Word of experience. Make sure you ground the EEC harness well. The loom should have a big ground lug. We screwed it to the firewall and screwed a ground strap from there to the motor to give the EEC and the motor the same ground potential.
Also if your car is running a 1G ( original) alternator you may want to up grade or at least have that one tested. EFI likes the juice.
