wtf? how does lowering the upper control arms require longer tie rods. many folks have done the shelby drop incl me w/o needing longer tie rods.

RPM, You know I really dont know why it requires tie rod extensions. I did the 1 and 5/8's drop with the negitive wedge kit. I think its because I installed the flaming river kit that moves the rack to a wierd location. I called TCP and they had heard of the problem several times and said the only solutiuon was to get one of their kits or go back to stock.

Does it clear 4in1 hearders and Z bar clutch system?

I am not sure i it clears a Z bar as I am running a hydro-clutch, but it clears long tube headers with tons of clearence. I still reccomend the TCP rack over the flaming river.

go with the rod and customs rac i think that it is one of the best on the market i i been to there shop and watched them build alot of there stuff if u contact the tell them that scott long said call and be good to u william is the 1 to talk to................
