Re: aje front end

Hey Plummer68,

How does the steering shaft position on the rack work out for you? I was looking at this setup at Sema, and it kinda looked there might be some header clearance issues. How much weight does this cut off the front end? I have read the RRS strut kit cuts like 40 pounds? I would be interested to hear what you think of this kit, please keep us posted!

Thanks.

Re: aje front end

I havn't had a minute to even pull it all the way out of the box yet. haha working more then 80 hour weeks at this point but this thing looks great. I'll probable get it in the car around feb. as for headers the motor is a yates headed 9.5 deck block motor. i'm going to be making custom headers no matter what. they told me between 90 and 115 pounds out of the car depending on how much i cut out of the shock towers and also what brakes im using. Im going to be using the stock 98 mustang set up for now.
