hooker 6913 7/or sanderson FC4 - anyone tried them

Has anyone tried either one of these headers on a 1969/70 mustang? I'm shopping around to get a header which will work on my 1970 mustang with 4 speed toploader. It wil have a rack & pinion steering setup. I'm hoping not to have clearance problems with the linkage etc.

I'm working with the folks at Sanderson to custom bend a header to fit in my '65 around the Flaming River rack & pinion and cable clutch kit. The p.o. put on the R&P, the cable clutch is my doing. I would avoid the Flaming River one if anyone asked, everyone says the TCP kit works with no issues when it comes to headers.

It would suck to have to buy two sets of headers. I'd buy the headers last after you've made all your other mods to ensure you're getting what you need.

Beyond that, Sanderson has been great to work with. They've sent me a couple of left side headers to test fit and are going above and beyond the call of duty to get me set up with one that will work. The headers they've sent me have looked and fit great other than not clearing the FR steering shaft.
