Question Other Than Eastwood: Where Can I Buy "body Solder "

Hi Guys

Been awhile I must say since I've asked millions & millions of questions ...lol

Seriously, I've stopped working on my '66 convertible due to the GREAT FACT what's sitting in my garage right now:

A BRAND NEW ~ 2008 FORD MUSTANG GT ' BULLITT ' Color: HIGHLAND GREEN, 5 SPEED MANUAL ON THE FLOOR. NUMBER MADE 0569th
AND THIS BABY LEAPS ! ! !

WHAT A CAR.

Now I'm getting back to mig welding on my ' 66 Convert. and soon to be soldering also.

About soldering:

I went searching around the website for: LEAD FREE BODY SOLDER 30/70 %
30 TIN & 70 LEAD. From what I've been reading and told. This formual is the best for body work.

MY QUESTION(S) PLEASE

Other than THE EASTWOOD COMPANY is there any other company that sells
LEAD FREE BODY SOLDER IN 1/4in. X 12in or LARGER bars. ?

It seems that THE EASTWOOD CO. has cornered the market on this LEAD FREE LEAD.

Have any you guys tried to buy LEAD FREE BODY SOLDER somewhere else?

Please let me know I want to COMPARE PRICES.

THANKS GUYS
GOD BLESS

Have you ever tried to weld with a simple coat hanger ? As well you can do a good job with brass .

Lead is still the best body filler. The easiest and cheapest source is to visit any scrap metal yard. Most of the old bars are marked as to their composition. The yards will generally sell you what you need. Yes Virginia--for casual use it is NOT toxic. John--Las Vegas.

Hey Juan

I couldn't agree with you more. Lead is the deal. Especially ' LEAD FREE LEAD'
30 TIM / 70 LEAD FREE along with Lead Free Solder.

Tell my Juan where in Las Vegas do you live.
I'm at the end of; EASTERN AVENUE.

Are you familiar with that part of town.
How long have you been living in LV ?

GOD BLESS
