need help!! 69 and 70 fastback parts interchangeble??

Hi, I need to know if 1969 fastback fender extensions and 1969 grill will fit a 1970 fastback? I've always just liked the dual headlight look better.

Yes, It will bolt up but I'm not sure what other grill bracketry you'll need. If you have a complete parts car '69 you should have all you need to do it. Obviously you'll still have the '70's marker lights. That is the only place you may have interference with the headlight buckets.
Personally I like the 70's better. In mach 1 form I think it looks tougher. BTW you'll need to wire in the extra high beams.

The differences are as follows:

grille support
headlight extensions to include head light mounting hardware and wiring
front valance and turn signal light assemblies and hardware
marker light assemblies (69 f & r are the same, 70 are not(front is diagonal in fender and back is recessed)

I agree the 69 is much more agressive looking. The side scoops even though they are fake also set it off. The 70 is a great car and has many innovations like the reversion back to bolt in door glass, the front disc brake set up is beefier, etc. I like them both but prefer the original 69!
