Re: I promised Pics, sorry for the delay, enjoy!
Yeah, it's a blast to drive. It sounds like a locomotive when it idles and it is especially entertaining when the "Rice Rockets" pull up along side with their "Fart Pipes" and bass pounding. It usually goes something like this;
The pull up as described above.
Then they turn down the music and listen & look.
When they make eye contact, they quickly look away and sink even lower in their seats.
They look straight ahead and don't leave the light till after I do.
It is funny as he**. It is in the shop now getting the new ceramic coated Dougs headers installed. Last year I installed a "Pypes" exhaust with my old headers (uncoated) and it sounded awesome except for the leaks and the radiant noise from the thinner wall pipes. Now it should pass the majority of the sound through the exhaust and I can't wait to hear it. If there is a way to upload short video to this site, I will do so when I get the car back.

Re: I promised Pics, sorry for the delay, enjoy!
Thanks for the comments. I really like the color combo too and FYI this is the original paint and stripe package on the car. The only repaint is on top of the hood, where the last owner wanted the flat black broken up into a stripe, and the top of the front fenders were done to match the stripe color. Aside from that you are looking at the original paint. This car has 34,000 original miles and I am the fourth owner. Is sometimes think that the 71 - 73 Mach's get overlooked, but that's ok cause it is keeping the prices down and the cars on the road. Anyone else want to share pics?
