H = Lorain assembly plant
16 = Cyclone Gt 2-door hardtop
N= 429-4V (non-CJ; Thunderjet)
511868 = 11,868th car made at Lorain plant
To be a 429CJ/SCJ it would have to have a C or J engine code in the vin. You can use any standard 429 block to replace the one in the car, no need spend the $$ for a CJ block.
FWIW, it's still a big block Cyclone GT. They are getting hotter as the more popular cars get ever more expensive. If you do nothing else, I would buy it to flip on eBay, $1500 leaves a lot of room for profit......
