69 fastback floor boards

Anyone replaced floor pan on 69 fastback..?? whats the deal, i was just told I had to get this done....there is about a 6x6" fibreglass on floor & won't pass the inspection to get on the road.

You can pick up a full, or partial section of the floor pans from any Mustang parts vendor. If you only have a small section that needs to be done, I would just get the partial pan, cut out the bad area and trim a patch from the new pan. It will have to be welded in to pass your inspection, so don't even bother trying pop rivets or anything like that.

ya, your right, I think I will look for a good supplier of floor pan and just do the section needed....any good companies to deal with/..... I have seen poor reproduction... would like a good quality product.

None of them are perfect. I usually get my sheetmetal from Mustangs Unlimited, since they are 45 minutes away. Saves me shipping. Find one local to you, there are many shops out there.
