YEA.

You can find them at any Car Quest store or Autozones , on the HELP! rack and in their books.

All you need to know is the diameter of the boot at the ball stud.

Re: ball joint boots

Were they from Mustangs Unlimited? I replaced my uppers and lowers back in 1999 and within 3 months of installation they looked like they were dry rotted. They were never even out of the garage! I will never buy that cheap stuff again. I've learned my lesson. Ron

Re: ball joint boots

They seemed as though they cracked as soon as the vehicles weight was placed on the suspension. I ended up getting new poly boots from Energy Suspension. Only problem was having to take the whole front end apart again. The springs were the worst. Good luck. Ron

Re: ball joint boots

Hi Guys...
Wow, Am I glad to see that others had trouble with ball joint boots splitting. I thought that I had installed them incorrectly. they spit within two months and only 400 or 500 easy miles on my 65 Cyclone. thanks for the support!

Re: ball joint boots

just got my ball joint boots from NPD. very nice. they have a steel grommet lining the small opening that rubs against the top and bottom of spindle when it rotates. this should prevent the boot from twisting and tearing open, which is what i think happened to mine.

Re: ball joint boots

Cost was a bit more than the first set I bet. But, thats where they got me was the cost. I figured there couldn't be any difference, right? Boy was I wrong. I ended up using Moog joints from the local parts house. Good luck with your new set. Ron
