Question 408 with about 500 hp will 24" rad work?

I am building a 408 that should have about 500 hp. It will be installed in a 68 coupe. I am looking for a radiator to install. I checked out NPD and I am thinking about one of their 24" raditors. They have the shrouds and mounts to make it easy to install. I plan on using this car as a street / weekend cruiser. The temp in my area gets up to about 110 in the summer. Would this work or do I need to go aluminum?

I'm sure all of you have been researching. What did you find out?

Check out my rad install in the tech section..I used a universal fit 19X26 northern aluminum rad and it has worked awesome for me...It installs in the 68 like it was made for it and matches up very well to the 351 water pump as well..
