Never thought of a HOLE.
Did it once at friend's place out in garage, but he had a concrete pit between the front wheels, plus an anchor for the hoist above the engine compartment.
Installed the engine etc. then removed it hours later. He just wanted to make sure nothing changed and would then fit again. He then added on numerous accessories on to the side and we did it again, peranantly this time about one week later. Boy, do I remember that incidence. Twice for same exact engine and tranny.
