Look at what I just bought! :)

Only $250 bucks!
New Tires, Etc Etc... 2300 needs a head... C-4

4 lug too...

What was that arguement I made a few weeks back about these mid 70's mustangs with 5 lug rear ends... I never seen it but everyone said they all had them or something like that, well I got another 4 lugger for cryin' out loud...

No Mustang II ever came from the factory with 5 bolt hubs. Period.

$250 !!!!! wish I could find one that cheap! looks great too!
As for the 5-lug debate, There never was a factory 5-lug Mustang II EVERY ONE had 4 lug wheels.
So what you gonna do with it then?

Gonna let my boy drive it... He's 17 now and needs one but I gotta get 3 more jobs in order to pay for his insurance of $1,200 bucks every week or two... something outrageous like that

What I was referring to was an arguement about a mustang with 5 lug axles and a V-8 but it came from the factory with 4 lug axles.... the guy said he converted teh axles... I never saw a V-8 on a 4 lug chassis ever and I've owned an 85 mustang Ghia 5 lug V-8 and now a 74 4 lug 4 cyl....
Anyway, it all boiled down to the fact that I didn't think for ever put a 4 lug chassis under a V-8 I think it's stupid, but apparently they did I just have never seen proof.... Or I have never paid attention to my customers vehicles I've worked on....

i've owned two m2's with factory v8s and yessir-four luggers. baffling though it may be, it is still the most exciting pony i've driven. that ghia had a sunroof! plug in a sabbath 8 track-what a blast!

Cool!

I'm still unsettled with the 4 lug V-8 thing...

Re: Look at what I just bought! :)

No doubt about it they were all 4 lugs. I worked at the Ford dealer almost 20 years. Of course 74 78 v8 had about 20 hp. Did not need any more lugs that that. Just a pinto with a fancy grill.
