Just finished my motor. Pics.
Just got done building the new motor for my car. Tell me what you think as this is my first build. A buddy and I did it. I'm 19 and still learning but I've learned alot since I started driving at 17 with my first ford. The not so powerfull 87 Escort.

Port and polished, Milled to 60cc, E7TE heads with fresh valve job
91 HO roller cam
1.7 Roller Rockers
Weiand stealth intake manifold
Edelbrock 600cfm Carb
84 Stock pistons
1-5/8 Shorty headers connected to 89 2-1/4" GT H-pipe with hollowed cats
Custom Ram-air setup
A/C / Heater Delete
Power steering Delete
Gutted under dash
Removed back seat
87 AOD Tranny with B&M Shift kit
89 Gt Rear bumper

It's the stock HO roller cam out of a 91 Cougar, and yes I'm planning to race it. Does anyone know if the 3.55 posi rear end out of turbo coupes are a direct bolt in for fox body mustangs?

Nice motor and car, next time go all out and break some stuff with a BIG BLOCK! Haha, just kidding, keep us posted on times if you make any runs.

Yes, the 87-88 Turbo coupe rear end is an 8.8 & the gears are a direct swap. Hold out for an automatic turbo coupe & grab the 3.73's...[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_spin.gif[/img]
