cold air intake

I built my own with stuff from Lowe's. Removed stock airbox and put on cone filter. Got aluminum flex tubing and ran that under the passenger fog light, used a large dust pan upside down and shaved for air scoop and pop rivited it up. Ran the flex hose up thru fender thru hole inside next to the cone filter. Then used a short section of stove pipe on the engine side of the filter to trap the cooler air and prevent turbulence from the fan from messing with the MAF. I get a lot of good comments when I go get my oil changed. The guys nod when I tell them I did for $30 and about 2 hours time. The good news: Gas mileage up to 24, Trapped 1/8 mile, 9.36 @75. Only other mods are GT40 intake, 65mm TB, and 73mm C&L MAF and O/R pipe.
