OBD-I Diagnostic Cable for \'95 Mustang GT?

Hey guys, my dad owns a '95 Mustang GT. It's bone stock, except for some Flowmasters, with about 140k on it. We're getting some weird problems with hesitation on throttle, slow return to idle RPM, and just other general annoying problems. I'd like to get a cable hookup so that I can read the computer with my laptop via some software like WinALDL, but I'm not sure what cable to grab. Does Ford use ALDL or MECS for the '95 Mustang? A GM ALDL cable is obviously not going to work, right?
