wiring whoas [help]

88 gt 5.0 fuse block with burnt wires car ran. took a 87 gt 5.0 dash harness complete and put in 88 gt now car will not start. cranks but no spark or fuel. 87gt ran also. does anyone know the difference, or does anyone have a schematic or point to point on wirng for these.

check the CPS or the CS (crank and or cam position sensor's) they may be diffrent for the two diffrent years of vehicle.... Just call the local parts store and compare the ignition and spark/timing/pcm/ecm devices for each year and have them cross the #'s to the other year's and maybe you'll find the culprit for like $20 bucks or so...
