t5 swap

Hello, just got finished swapping the aod out installing the t5. As soon as I started it up I heard a loud click, click, coming from the belhousing, almost sounds like something is hitting something as it goes around. Here's the kicker, push the clutch in just a little bit & the noise goes away???
Any help would be appreciated.

Don't worry about it. Spec Stage one clutches, you'll have to grind away some of the material on the lower housing for some reason???
