another stang i'm afraid,there are some 7.5's that you can hijack but 8.8 LSD in foxbody width is limited

do you need just the posi unit or the whole rear end? You can get the posi unit out of any Ford that had a Trac-lock 8.8 (trucks, 4x4's, especially 4x4 expeditions and Exploders, Crown Vic cop cars, etc). Whole rear end...looks like Mustangs only. Perhaps a Tbird rear is close...but the only Tbird I know of that came with an 8.8 is the '87-'88 Turbocoupe, IIRC.
