60 Amp ABS fuse 95 SVT

My 95 is missing a fuse in the engine compartment power distribution box. The ford service manual says this slot is the abs fuse, 60 amp blue. The slots are correct for a ATO fuse. Problem is the biggest ATO that I can find is 40 Amp. A maxi fuse is way too big for this slot. The local ford dealer drew a blank. The base around this slot has a raised ring, different than any of the other ATO slots. Or the Maxi slot below it or to the side. Is this a special ATO that Ford used?
