Thumbs up mass-air--

hello again, I have an 88 gt speed-density, I have A9L, and pigtail, bbk 75mm on t.body, on intake, stock inlet pipe from mass-meter, my que's are what type m.m. should I use, its all stock, there is a 70 mm cobra 93 meter for sale on e-bay , calibrated to 19 lbs they say, I went up to 60 max bid, but I have seen many more for way cheaper, heck I have a 76mm for 38 lb inon the shelf back there, I would like to up-grade heads/ cam , but not right now , what size meter should I buy thanxs Rick,

The seller is LYING or IGNORANT.
The 93 Cobra meter is not going to work with the A9L.
Ford does not calibrate MAF meters to the injector size.
Ford calibrates its MAF meters to the ecu.
Ford uses a different setting within the ecu for injector size.

ONLY the aftermarket meters are calibrated for an ecu AND injector size.


The 76mm is probably a C&L, correct?
You can recalibrate the C&L meters by swapping out the sample tubes. Sample Tubes usually cost 25-30 bones.
Also, make sure you are using the stock (for your computer) MAS (the black box sensor) with the C&L.


C&L's aren't the best meters out there, but if you already have it, why not give it a shot...
Especially if you still have the stock air box in place...
