Small Chamber Mustang Heads

What is the likely result if you put a set of small chamber (late 1960s 54 cc I believe) on a 92 Roller Motor (carbureted). Ok .... compression ratio will go up.....can anyone tell me how much it will go up? Will the engine handle the compression and will it increase the HP/torque enough to notice? Will it spin up more rpms? Any one tried this?
