help with head choice and cam

Guys since this is my 1st question, i need help deciding on heads for my 302.here is what ive put together so far 302 summit block bored .030 over kb 11:1 pistons 2 recesses,ford motorsport crank,not a stroker,eagle standard rods,ford double roller timing chain.I was planning to put in my 69 f100 but have decided to look for a fox body for street and playing alittle at track..block is a roller so i will definately use a roller cam.. and plan on running a 650 to 700 holley or demon.. heads and cam are what i cant decide on???thanx brett

Brent, let me see my notes here....but to chose the carburator you have to do some math:

well let's go:

to select a correct carburator try this:

[Eng size (CID) x Max RPM] / 3456 = CFM @ 100% VE.

with this information you can select a good cam and heads. But i wll see for you....

before i did my windsor i had a 302 using holly systemax heads and 625 road demon i was running 7.70s in the 8th with a small shot of nitrous , my compression was 9.5 to one i cant remember the cam specs but it wasnt a roller cam
