94 cobra rear calipers

Hi guys just quick question, ive put set of these calipers on my 65 mustang and just need to know when you first use them do you need to set up hand brake like the vw golf calipers where you un wind piston just untill its a 1mm from touching pads before you pump pistons out hydraulically or can you just pump them out straight away.

just turn the piston in which requires a special tool and slap them on.when you press the brake it will adjust out.to keep them adjusted you will need the e-brake cables cause everytime you pull teh e-brake it will re-adjust them if they need to be
