Car Wont Start (HELP)

Recently I was going down the road and the car starting bogging down. I finally got the side of the interstate right before it died and found that the head light had shorted out. I disconnected the headlight and changed a couple of fuses that I found blown. Now the car wont start. I check the inertia switch and the other fuses. What else could it be?

no fuel...

check nearly 1/2 a tank

I mean no fuel getting into the carb/injection system... Is there any fuel pressure?

no when you turn the key over the fuel pump isn't priming

Find out why the fuel pump is not pumping fuel... I.E. Check relay, fuses and filters for burn-outs faults or clogging...

checked where is the fuel pump relay located?
