LOW IDLE

My 04 GT started to idle a little rough today when I started it this afternoon, as I started to drive and when I would stop the idle would drop down to 100-150 RPM and then would jump up to 800 RPM. Once I would start driving again it would hesitate to go and I would have to rev it up just to drive and if I didn't do this it would stall sometimes. I don't know what is wrong so any help would do. Also as I shifted gears the motor felt like it was bogging down.

I noticed that you have a 75 mm throttle body. Did you ever get a tune for that? I ask because a 75mm piece will screw up the A/F ratio a good bit. I don't think it's the fuel pump since it's only an '04 which seems to0 soon for it to fail.

The problem was that when i took off my cold air intake i didn't tighten up the hose clamp so the pipe fell of after the MAF sensor, lesson learned here, don't ever rush do finish a job.
