my project 96 gt

Im looking to do a P.I. motor swap. I need help on deciding on what to do with the heads and cams. i want the most streatable power but i am on a very tight budget.... any ideas???

Why not just swap the PI heads onto your NPI engine? You'll get the benefits of better flowing heads and increased compression. Obviously a tune is needed afterwards since you'll gain a point of compression. Then, once you have the cash, you can port them and add some cams.

because my motor has over 130k miles and it is slowly starting to loose oil pressure due to worn valves, seals, etc.

That could be a good reason...
