suspension

since i am putting more power under the hood i am seeing a need to improve the handling of the car. i was thinking sway bars, traction bars and wider tires but i dont know any manufactures and would like to know what really works and whats a waste of $$$. Also will the tires mess with the speedometer and MPG? Since i have a convertible at what point does the hp become to great for the unibody.

Re: suspension

Start off w/ subframe connectors and lower control arms out back. Maximum Motorsports makes great stuff for both and Steeda makes some nice subframes. Also, depending on the drop you want, the FRPP handling kit is great since it's the Bullitt/Mach 1 shocks, struts, springs, and sway bars and it gives great all around handling w/ a 3/4" drop. As far as wheels, your fine as long as the wheel/tire combo has the same overall height as stock.

Re: suspension

Look at the springs. When I changed my rlca, I saw that the springs said Eibach on them.
