What is the best tuner out there? The ones that stay in the car giving reading back is cooler but dont want to buy crap/

SCT and Diablo seem to be the best. However, if you ever plan on getting a dyno tune, get the one your local dyno shop uses. Also, not sure if this is completely true but I've heard the Diablo tuner only allows you to tune for 4.09 gears, not 4.10.
