WOO-HOO! order placed for 06 gt today!

At 115mph the hood rumbles with the stock intake. With the New cold air system the hood never moved until 122+mph.

Just my expericience.

Ive heard of the hood shake problem- from what Ive read lowered cars/cars with front spoilers dont SEEM to have the problem. I read at its debut race the fordracing 'over the counter racer' lost its hood completely in the opening laps of the first race...
I havent had mine over 80 yet, that was just getting on the highway in 3rd gear, hit 80 a lot quicker than anticipated...the car is so fun to drive, I'm really thinking about getting to a road course sometime over the summer to really let it out without worrying about street safety/tickets...its no race car I know, but it just begs to be thrown around a bit...

My car is not lowerd or modified in any way. The hood shake is there but changiing the air flow buy mm's totally changed the performance. By adding the CAI, The performance did increace. For $1300 you can make a difference in the "Get Up And Go".
