Cabin Filter

Has anyone seen this thing or know how to get to it?
The manual says:
CABIN AIR FILTER
Your vehicle is equipped with a cabin air filter, which is located just in front of the windshield under the cowl grille on the passenger side of the vehicle.

Any ideas?

chances are like my 03 focus wich said it was equiped, Was not installed, When I asked the dealer for one they said they dont use one. After I made a fuss he looked up in the parts computer he found one it was around 10$ I think for a standard filter and 60 for a hepa, I know on the 03 focus you open lift the windshield wipers up and then open the hood and the plastic comes apart in sections. I tried to find any info on the web with no luck but look around the black plastic shroud should come off some how.
