hood scoop functional

has anybody made the factory hood scops functional,along the same lines as the shakers

Fang offers a nice 69 looking hood with functional(non shaker or shaker) scoop- not what you'd think at first glance: the scoop outlet blows in between layers of the hood, a drain setup sheds any water and it blows air out a hole just over the airbox...a guy in our local club has one.
