Hood Transplant?

Yep, that's the hood. I've seen some like it - all fiberglass - and was hoping to get a metal one. Someone told me that fiberglass doens't hold the paint well after several years.

if it's prepped right the paint will last as long on a fiberglass panel as it will on a metal panel, a co-worker of mine has a 74 corvette, original paint, still looks great.

I think Foose has a metal '69-ish' hood with the spear down the center and the cutout for a shaker...Fang performance has the same in 'glass...
