61 170 cu. in. 6 and 2spd. automatic

I removed this good running motor and trans. from my 61 Falcon to accomodate installation of V8. I only drove car after purchase about 100 miles around town, but noticed no smoking, oil or water consumption. The trans leaked from bottom pan gasket. The motor and trans are complete, including generator (which looks fairly new) & starter (still has paper parts tag on outside). I did a tune up on engine, think carb needs a little attention still. Should be a simple fix for a tired 144 or 170. Also have good radiator and driveshaft.

If gas goes up another buck or two we might find ourselves looling for a good old 6 banger.
