posting pictures

just how does one go about posting pictures here? hopefully i don't have to go thru another site or jump up and down on one leg with my hair on fire. and try to keep the answer simple please, i'm not a whizz with a computer yet.........ray

Host them offsite, or become a paying member and upload them here.

Then copy and paste the URL with the [ img ] and [ / img ] tags without the spaces and you'll do fine.
