front disc brakes/spindles etc.

Sorry for all the questions. I know Chevys but this is my first Ford. I have also heard stories of a lot of the engine stuff does not interchange on the SBF's

Re: What years interchange?

Steering colums and gear boxes interchange between 1966-1971 intermediate cars only. Those include Fairlane/Ranchero/Torino/Falcon/Comet/Cyclone/Montego.

Im not aware of any of these cars that featured a factory tilt wheel option, but its possible....finding one may be impossibe.
The disc brakes off these same cars/years will bolt on directly.

The body parts are the same for the same year Fairlane. the doors are the same, but the window frame and the glass is different...the door frame and outter skin is the same as the car.

The small block Fords do not have the same amount of interchangability as a small block Chevy, but they are not as complicated as others would have you believe.
