I went to a local car display this weekend, and thought I'd show a couple of pictures of probably the rattiest rod I've seen yet.

Whether it ever gets to be street legal, I don't know.

i like the style --it could be finished and be a really cool rod-- need a different grill /front end --i like it

Forgot there was even a street rod forum actually.

I like it but does it come with a booster seat so i could see where I was going???

The only thing I'm not sure about is the grill. Maybe something else that was a we bit smaller?

Yep I agree on the grill.
But rat rodding is all about finding whatever junk you can and using it.
Maybe he should have found another junkyard LOL!

Nice! There was a rod show local to me in Pittsburgh PA US. There was a late 30s olds that didn’t have a floor. Just some metal mesh screen from 55 gallon drums.

Holes all over and a nail head!

Love the style, hate the craftsmanship. If someone took the time to make everything fit and maybe hammer out a bunch of those dents then that would be one sweet car. I agree that the grill doesn't fit though. I don't think it's too big and I like the slant, I just don't the thing bottom half suits that front end. JMO

That's the **** right there! The only beef I have with it is the tennis ball bumper. It's missing one for the other side.

I just found out today that the ratrod in the pictures I put up, actually uses a VW Beetle for the cabin!
