I had a buddy build one with an offset ground 460 crank, chrysler slant six rods, and some sort of off the shelf pistons to arrive at 495 inches. That's all I know of, anyone else know more?

I don't have anything to input as far as strokers, but wow, Dave Williams' site is really interesting! I spent almost an hour looking at all of the different things he has to read.

try www.flatlanderracing.com
I saw one guy who punched out
a 460 to over 600cubes...
and you start with the crank
then all the other parts fall
into place

My machine shop guy has a combo using a 460 crank offset ground to 4.125 stroke using pontiac rods and .030 403 olds pistons. This requires boring the 460 only .020 and this will yield 499 cui. with off the shelf parts.
You will have to fly cut the pistons for intake valve clearance.

does any body know any combos using 300six
rods or dodge slant six rods??
